Regular Runner does not currently load advertising pixels or behavioural analytics. Google Analytics 4 may be introduced later with an appropriate consent mechanism and this policy will be updated before that happens.
If you use the contact form, the site receives the name, email address, topic, and message you submit. This information is used to respond to your request, assess editorial suggestions, and prevent abuse. Do not submit medical records, payment information, passwords, or other sensitive personal information.
The hosting and security layers may temporarily process IP addresses, request logs, browser details, and error information to operate and protect the site. Retention is limited to operational and security needs.
WordPress may use strictly necessary cookies for administrators and form security. Non-essential analytics or marketing cookies are not intentionally enabled at launch.
Sending a story or photograph does not automatically grant publication rights. We will discuss permission, editing, attribution, and any sensitive details before publication.
