So, what’s it all about? Well the sites title sums up me, Forest, the owner, of RegularRunner.com. Actually, I should say it sums up what I would like to be and accurately describes me at the same time.

When I can be I am a regular runner but I am also nothing special and certainly no elite, so in that respect I am regular too. However I do love talking about running and related things and I do have a lot of experience, over 15 years now.

RegularRunner.com was started to share knowledge and give personal opinions on all things related to the awesome sport of running, jogging, subtle skipping or whatever you want to call it. The site aims to produce useful and insightful unbiased information to help new runners run and old timers keep on running with the side hopes of building a community too.

So that’s about it really….
